Hello! I’m Sarah Nevins, the person behind every aspect of Sarah Nevins Photography. I created this page to share my passion for photography and celebrate the journey of my favorite hobby. I bought my first camera in 2020 after saving up, and from that moment on, I dived into learning everything I could about photography—experimenting with settings, techniques, and all the little details that make a photo come to life. Over the past few years, my love for photography has only deepened, as I’ve come to cherish the art of capturing the beauty of God’s creation - both people and nature alike.

I’m especially drawn to the small, often-overlooked details—the moss on a log, the way a baby grips a parents finger, the intricate patterns of lichen, a gentle smile, or the delicate petals of a flower. These tiny wonders remind me of God’s creativity and inspire me to pause, observe, and appreciate the world around us. Looking back at my earliest photos from 2020 and comparing them to my work today, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown in this.

Some of my favorite days are spent wandering through the woods with my camera, lost in thought, listening to worship music, and marveling at God’s handiwork while capturing little moments of beauty. When I’m not out in nature taking or editing photos, you can often find me hanging out with friends, playing board games, baking bread or cookies, spending time with my husband, Brian (we got married in June 2024!), taking care of our baby girl, playing the piano, or dabbling in a new hobby (for about a month before moving on to the next!).
